摘要
换轨车作业装置在下降过程中液压系统有明显振动和噪音,会严重影响换轨车作业质量和设备安全。针对上述问题,对液压系统产生的振动现象进行了理论分析,得出液压锁控制口压力不稳和出口压力过高是引起振动的原因。由此提出改变节流堵安装位置的方法来消除振动,同时运用AMESim软件对其液压系统进行建模及仿真分析,得到了液压锁和油缸的动态特性曲线。结果表明,改变节流堵位置后,解决了液压锁出口压力过高问题,液压系统振动得以消除。经试验验证与分析一致,对换轨车液压系统进一步研究提供参考及指导。
The hydraulic system has obvious vibration and noise during the descending process of the working device,which will seriously affect the operation quality and equipment safety.Aiming at the problems,the vibration phenomenon of the hydraulic system is analyzed theoretically,and the reason of the vibration is that the pressure of the hydraulic lock control port is unstable and the pressure of the outlet is too high.A method of changing the installation position of throttling block is proposed to eliminate vibration,and the hydraulic system is modeled and simulated by AMESim software.The dynamic characteristic curves of hydraulic lock and cylinder are obtained.The results show that the hydraulic system vibration can be eliminated by changing the position of throttling plug and solving the problem of high outlet pressure of hydraulic lock.Verified by test and consistent with analysis,to provide reference and guidance for the further research of hydraulic system of Track Relaying Cars.
