起落架新型冷气收放系统仿真及试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 以冷气为主能源的收放起落架系统随小型微小型飞机发展应运而生,兼具冷气收上和放下起落架功能。冷气收放系统具有系统简单、重量轻等优势,收放速度控制是其设计难点。通过AMESim仿真分析确定新型收放起落架方式预先充气时间,能够有效控制收放速度。通过冷气收放起落架系统加载试验,进一步充分验证空中载荷工况下该新型冷气功能性能。试验表明,系统能够实现正常顺序收放起落架且收放过程平稳,可广泛应用于小型飞机冷气收放起落架设计中。 The retraction/extension system of landing gear as the main energy source came into being with the development of small and small holy aircraft,and has both the function of retracting extensing the landing gear of pneumatic.The retraction/extension system of landing gear has the advantages of simple system and light weight,and its speed control is a difficult point in the design.AMESim simulation analysis determines the pre-inflation time of the new retraction/extension system of landing gear method,which can effectively control the speed.The loading test of the retraction/extension system of landing gear is used to further verify the functional performance of the new type under load condition.The tests show that the landing gear can be retracted in a normal order and the process is stable and can be widely used in the design of the retraction/extension system of landing gear for small aircraft.
