摘要
对基于系统论的高职院校产教融合动力机制进行探索。高职院校产教融合存在的问题主要包括政府参与度不高,产教合作深度不够;培养目标不明确,教学评价不完备;课程体系不完善,课程比例失衡。对此,要以整体性原则为指导,启动主体利益平衡机制;以开放性原则为指导,探索相关制度保障机制;深入贯彻系统化原理,探索多渠道经费投入机制。只有政府、企业、学校三方共同努力进行深度合作和融合,才能更好地探索和完善产教融合动力机制。
We explore the dynamic mechanism industry-education integration of higher vocational colleges based on system theory.The main problems of industry-education integration include the little participation of the government and not enough deep industry-education integration;indefinite training objective and imperfect teaching evaluation;imperfect course system and imbalance course ratio.Therefore,it is suggested to start objective benefit balance mechanism under the guidance of integrity principle,explore related system guarantee system under the guidance of openness principle,deepen the implementation of systematization principle and explore the multi-channel expenditure investment mechanism.Only the deep cooperation and integration of government,enterprise and school can better explore and perfect the dynamic mechanism industry-education integration.
