摘要
为探究情境体验式教学对医疗机构护理员知识技能培训的影响,采取方便抽样法选取2019年5—9月在我院的52名护理员作为研究对象,应用情境体验式教学方法对护理员进行职业知识技能培训。培训开始前、培训结束后1周内收集护理员职业知识技能评分。结果显示,护理员接受培训前后职业知识技能评分总分比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理员培训后职业知识技能条目1、2、3、4、6、7、9、11、12、15、16、18、19、20、21、22得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。情境体验式教学方法能有效提高护理员职业知识技能水平及护理员对职业知识技能的了解程度。
In order to explore the effect of situation experiential teaching on nursing staff’s knowledge and skill training of medical institutions,the research selects 52 nursing staff in the hospital from May to Sep.2019 as the research objects,adopts situation experiential teaching method in nursing staff’s knowledge and skill training.Before and 1 week after training,the nursing staff’s knowledge and skill training scores were evaluated.The results showed that there was statistically significant difference in professional knowledge and skill scores before and after training(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in knowledge and skill item 1,2,3,4,6,7,9,11,12,15,16,18,19,20,21 and 22(P<0.05).Situation experiential teaching method can effectively improve the nursing staff’s professional knowledge and skill level and the understanding degree of professional knowledge and skills of nursing staff.
