Research of Interdisciplinary Construction of Colleges and Universities Under“Double First Class University Plan”Background

“双一流”建设是我国高等教育改革发展的主旋律,在此背景下,高校跨学科建设迎来了新的发展机遇和挑战。学科间价值取向不一、院系间环境推力微弱、院校内组织构建单一、校内外制度设计滞后等问题制约了高校跨学科建设进程。提出高校应从厚植价值底蕴、营造环境氛围、增进组织模式以及创新制度保障方面提高跨学科建设水平。

“Double First Class University Plan”construction is the theme of reform and development of higher education in China.Under this background,interdisciplinary construction of colleges and universities meets new development opportunities and challenges.Problems,such as the various values of different disciplines,the weak environmental promotion of departments,single organization construction in colleges and universities and backward system design in and out of schools,restrict the process of interdisciplinary construction of colleges and universities.The research proposes that colleges and universities should improve interdisciplinary construction level through building value,creating environment,improving organization model and innovating mechanism guarantee.
