高等院校作为培养专业技术人才的主要场所,在教学管理上要体现出时代发展的特点,提出多种创新管理手段,以符合新时期人才培养要求。分析了目前高校教学管理中存在的问题,提出在新时期人才需求环境下高校教学管理的创新模式。树立以人为本的教学管理理念,加强信息技术下的教学管理方式,优化教学管理团队。

As the main place of training professional and technical talent,colleges and universities should reflect the characteristics of the times in teaching management,and propose innovative management method of different kinds in according to the requirements of talent training in the new era.The research analyzes the problems of teaching management of colleges and universities at present,and proposes the innovation mode of teaching management of colleges and universities under the talent demand environment of the new era.It is suggested to establish the teaching management concept of people orientation,strengthen the teaching management method of information technology,and optimize teaching management team.
