高职院校班级管理模式创新探究——以南充职业技术学院为例

Exploration of Class Management Mode of Higher Vocational Colleges——Through Taking Nanchong Professional Technic College as an Example

随着高职院校招生规模和在校人数的逐年增加,高职院校在班级管理中存在的问题逐渐凸显出来。以南充职业技术学院为例,从辅导员视角出发,剖析目前影响和制约高职院校班级管理的因素,分析造成高职院校班级管理问题的原因,并提出提高高职院校班级管理水平的对策。

With the gradual increase of enrollment scale and the number of students in higher vocational colleges,there are problems in higher vocational colleges.Through taking Nanchong Professional Technic College as an example,and from the point view of instructors,we explore factors influencing and restricting the class management of higher vocational colleges,analyze the causes,and propose countermeasures to improve the class management level of higher vocational colleges.
