公共图书馆数字资源的建设与阅读推广探究

公共图书馆对基层群众文化素养的提升以及整个社会的文明发展进程有着极大的促进作用。我国不少公共图书馆在数字资源建设与阅读推广方面还存在一些问题,如数字资源建设资金不足、资源重复采购、宣传力度不够等。必须适当加大对公共图书馆数字资源建设资金的投入力度,加强特色数据库的建设工作,做好宣传推广以及人才培养和引进工作,使数字资源建设及阅读推广工作能够顺利进行。

Public library has great promotion function on the improvement of cultural literacy of grassroots and the cultural development process of the whole society.There are some problems in the digital resource construction and the reading promotion of many public library,such as the lack of digital resource construction capital,resource-replication and inadequate publicity,etc.It is suggested to strengthen the input intensity of the digital resource construction capital,to strengthen the construction of characteristic database,and to promote and propaganda and popularization of talent training and introduction,in order to promote the digital resource construction and reading promotion.
