自抛光防污漆配套用单组分连接漆的研发 被引量:1

摘要 通过淡水浸泡、电镜观察涂层界面变化情况以及附着强度测试等方法,研究了树脂、片状铝粉、颜填料体积浓度(PVC)和涂装间隔等因素对涂层性能的影响。结果表明:改性丙烯酸酯树脂耐水性和连接性能优异;片状铝粉有利于阻隔水的渗透,涂层吸水率比其加入前降低45%;同时,当PVC为0.38时,连接漆在防锈涂层上的涂装间隔可达7 d以上,附着强度达3.4 MPa;对防污涂料也具有很好的附着性能。通过性能对比,此单组分连接漆可以进行推广应用。 In this paper,through methods such as fresh water immersion,electron microscope observation of coating interface changes,and adhesion strength testing etc.,the effects of resin,flake aluminum powder,pigment and filler volume concentration(PVC)and coating interval on the properties of the coating were studied.The results showed that the modified acrylate resin has excellent water resistance and connection performance;the flake aluminum powder is beneficial to prevent water penetration,and the water absorption rate of the coating is 45%lower than before adding;at the same time,when the PVC is 0.38,the coating interval on the anti-rust paint layer can reach more than 7 d,and the adhesion strength can reach 3.4 MPa;it also has good adhesion performance for antifouling coatings;through performance comparison,this one-component connection paint can be promoted and applied.
