摘要
基于师范专科院校培养合格师范生的教育培养目标要求以及大学生自身的专业需求,课题组使用大学生学习倦怠量表批量调查了阜阳幼儿师范高等专科学校大专师范生的学习倦怠情况,并根据调查结果探析了师范专科生学习倦怠的原因。然后分别从学生的自我认知、专业认知和学校的教育管理等方面提出了相应的教育策略。
Based on the educational objectives for training qualified teachers in teachers colleges and the academic needs of college students,the research adopted the learning burnout scale for college students to investigate the learning burnout of college normal students in kindergarten normal colleges in Fuyang.Based on the investigation results,the paper analyzes the causes of learning burnout of teachers college students,and puts forward corresponding educational strategies from the perspectives of students'self-cognition,professional cognition and school education management.
