摘要
建立气相色谱法测定乙酰氨基酚原料乙酸酐中丙酸酐残留物含量的方法。使用Agilent DB-1(60m×0.53mm×3.0μm)毛细管柱,FID检测器,进行试验分析。丙酸酐与样品中其他残留溶剂能得到有效分离,定量限为2.08μg/mL,检测限为0.62μg/mL,在10.09~75.68μg/mL质量分数范围内丙酸酐线性关系良好,丙酸酐平均回收率(n=9)为100.3%,RSD为0.8%。该方法简便快捷,准确灵敏,可用于乙酸酐中丙酸酐的检测。
A gas chromatographic method for determining propionic anhydride residues in acetic anhydride,the raw material of acetaminophen,is described.An Agilent DB-1(60m*0.53mm*3.0μm)and FID detector were used for experimental analysis.Propionic anhydride could be completely separated from other residual solvents in the sample by this method.The limit of quantitation is 2.08μg/ml,the concentration of detection limit is 0.62μg/ml.Good linearity of propionic anhydride was obtained within the range of 10.09~75.68μg/ml.The average recovery of propionic anhydride(n=9)was 100.3%and the RSD is 0.8%.This method is simple,fast,accurate and highly sensitive,which can be used for the detection of propionic anhydride in acetic anhydride.
