摘要
碳纳米管(CNT)的分散性对电致发热纸的电热性能具有决定性影响.本论文以十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为表面活性剂,研究CNT分散液及共混浆料的分散性与分散稳定性,并制备复合纸并表征其性能.研究结果表明,当SDS浓度为0.04 wt%时,CNT分散液的Zeta电位值为-40.1 mV,其分散性和稳定性优异,成纸机械性能佳.当输入功率为1.5 W时,发热纸可在16 s内快速升温到120℃,表现出优异的力学性能、电学性能、耐热性能及电致发热性能,有望在工业加热、取暖方面得到广泛应用.
The dispersibility of carbon nanotubes(CNT)has a decisive influence on the electrical heating performance of electro-heating paper.In this paper,sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)was used as a surfactant,the dispersion of carbon nanotubes and the dispersion stability of the blended slurry were characterized,respectively.And compound paper was prepared and characterized.Furthermore,we fabricated the compound electro-heating paper and characterized its performance.The results show that when the SDS concentration was 0.04 wt%,the Zeta potential of the CNT dispersion was-40.1 mV,and its dispersibility and stability were excellent.When the input power was 1.5 W,the paper can be quickly heated to 120℃in 16 s.Electro-heating paper-based material exhibits excellent mechanical performance,electrical performance,heat resistance and electro-heating performance,which makes it the promising candidate to be applied in industrial heating and warmth retention.
