摘要
首先以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为交联剂,将姜黄素(CUR)接枝丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)制备姜黄素-乙烯基荧光单体(CUR-VM);再以丙烯酸甲酯(MA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、CUR-VM为聚合单体,十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)为复合乳化剂,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,通过乳液聚合方法制备一系列不同CUR含量(以PR单体的质量为基准)的荧光型水性聚丙烯酸酯(CUR-PR)乳液。采用激光粒度仪、紫外-可见分光光度计(UV-vis)、傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、超景深显微镜等仪器对CUR-PR的微观结构和组分进行分析,并探究了CUR含量对CUR-PR胶膜荧光性能和力学性能的影响.荧光性能测试表明:CUR的引入赋予了新型CUR-PR显著的荧光性,CUR-PR的荧光强度随CUR含量的增加而提高.当CUR添加量为PR单体量的0.18%时,CUR-PR乳液的体系粘度为236 mPa·s、分散均匀、稳定性较佳,其涂膜拉伸强度达到7.6 MPa,断裂伸长率为230%,综合性能优异.
Curcumin-vinyl fluoromer(CUR-VM)was first prepared by grafting curcumin(CUR)onto hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA)with IPDI as cross-linking agent.Again with methyl acrylate(MA),butyl acrylate(BA),CUR-VM as polymerization monomer,sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(AEO-9)for composite emulsifier,ammonium persulfate(APS)as initiator,through emulsion polymerization method for preparation of a series of different content of CUR(in the quality as the benchmark of PR monomer)type fluorescent waterborne polyacrylate emulsion(CUR-PR).The microstructures and components of CUR-PR were analyzed by laser particle size analyzer,UV-vis,FT-IR,hyperfield microscope and other instruments,and the influence of CUR content on the fluorescence and mechanical properties of CUR-PR film was investigated.The fluorescence performance test showed that the introduction of CUR endowed the new type of CUR-PR with significant fluorescence,and the fluorescence intensity increased with the increase of CUR content.When the CUR content was 0.18%of the PR monomer content,the system viscosity of CUR-PR emulsion was 236 mPa·s,uniform dispersion,and good stability.The film tensile strength reached 7.6 MPa,the elongation at break was 230%,and the overall performance was excellent.
