盾构开挖对临近地下管线的影响

摘要 以合肥地铁1号线三期工程为工程背景,利用有限元数值模拟软件MADAS/GTS建立了隧道结构-土层-管道三维分析模型,计算了地下管道在施工过程中的变形,分析了盾构施工中不同开挖距离下地下管线沉降情况。模拟结果表明:在开始开挖和结束开挖时管线沉降的变化不明显,中间阶段管线沉降值变化显著,形成了清晰的差异沉降间隔,以此可有效指导临近地下管线处盾构开挖工程建设。 Taking the third phase of Hefei Metro Line 1 Project as the engineering background,using the finite element numerical simulation software MADAS/GTS,a three-dimensional analytical model of tunnel structure-soil layer-pipeline was established.The underground pipeline deformation during tunnel construction was calculated and deformation methods of underground pipelines under different excavation distances in shield construction were analyzed.The simulation results showed that the change in the settlement of the excavated pipeline at the beginning of the excavation and before the end were not obvious,and the change in the settlement value of the pipeline in the intermediate stage was particularly significant,forming a clear differential settlement interval.
