基于IMCT的CaO调控铜渣深度还原的热力学模型

摘要 以我国典型铜渣渣系为研究对象,结合分子离子共存理论(IMCT),建立了各组元的质量作用浓度模型,并基于此对CaO的调控机理进行了热力学分析,确定了最佳CaO调控区间。此外,结合已有实验数据对该模型进行了验证。结果表明,基于IMCT模型确定的最佳CaO调控区间与已有实验数据符合度高,具有很好的适用性。用该模型来指导CaO调控铜渣深度还原提铁过程,可发挥最佳CaO调控效果,实现铜渣资源的高效利用,具有一定的现实意义。 In this paper,the mass action concentration model of each component for the typical copper slag system in China was established based on the ion molecular coexistence theory(IMCT).The thermodynamic analysis was made for the regulation mechanism of CaO and the optimal control interval of CaO was determined.Besides,the reported experimental data was verified for the model.The results showed that,the optimal CaO controlled interval based on IMCT model was in good agreement with the reported experimental data,and had a good applicability.It is of great practical significance to use the model to guide the deep reduction and iron extraction process for copper slag to exert the best effect of CaO,and realize the efficient utilization of copper slag resources.
