微信平台健康管理对糖尿病合并痛风患者的作用

Effect of WeChat Platform on Health Management of Patients with Diabetes and Gout

为了解微信平台健康管理对糖尿病合并痛风患者临床疗效的影响,选取42例糖尿病合并痛风患者为研究对象,将其随机分为2组,其中对照组21例,进行门诊常规管理;观察组21例,利用微信平台由专业医护人员进行管理,6个月后比较分析2组患者的空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血尿酸(UA)、血压(SBP,DBP)、血脂(TG,TC)等健康指标。结果显示:与6个月前相比,2组患者的空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、尿酸(UA)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)明显好转,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);6个月后2组比较,观察组的FPG,HbA1c,UA,SBP,DBP等指标明显好转,与对照组相比有统计学意义(P<0.05),但TC和TG与对照组相比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。微信平台健康管理对糖尿病合并痛风患者作用明显,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of WeChat platform on health management of patients with diabetes and gout.Methods:42 patients with diabetes and gout were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(21 cases)managed with regular clinic management,and the observation group(21 cases)with professional clinicians through the established WeChat platform.Fasting plasma glucose(FPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),blood uric acid(UA),blood pressure(SBP,DBP),blood lipids(TG,TC)and other health indicators were compared between the two groups after 6 months.Results:Compared with six-month-ago health indicators,FPG,HbA1c,UA,systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),total cholesterol(TC)and triglyceride(TG)were significantly improved in both groups(P<0.05).FPG,HbA1c,UA,SBP and DBP after 6 months in the observation group were significantly improved than the control group(P<0.05).However,Compared with TC and TG before WeChat platform management,there was no significant difference in the results(P>0.05).Conclusion:The health management of WeChat Platform plays an important role in the improvement of patients with diabetes and gout and is worthy of clinical promotion.
