基于P-S-R模型的揭阳市城市生态安全评价

Evaluation of Urban Ecological Security Based on P S R Model in Jieyang City

揭阳市人口密度处于全国前列,生态环境压力较大。通过构建揭阳市生态安全评价指标体系,采用P-S-R模型评价模型对揭阳市2010-2018年的生态安全状况进行综合评价。结果表明:揭阳市城市生态安全指数总体上呈现下滑趋势。以2011年为临界点,生态安全从临界安全向不安全发展;城市生态系统各子系统对生态安全影响效果不同,存在一定的差异性;子系统生态压力是生态安全下滑的重要驱动力,生态状态加剧生态安全下滑,而生态响应缓解了生态安全下滑态势;在生态安全评价指标因子上,资源禀赋差异是揭阳市生态安全变化的基础,土地开发及人口密度等资源约束因子是揭阳城市生态安全下降的主要原因,工业废水排放、景观破碎度等环境状态因子及人均GDP较低、经济发展动力不足等人文经济响应因子均影响揭阳市城市生态安全发展态势。需积极实施适宜的资源开发和科学的环境整治等政策措施来提高揭阳市城市生态安全指数,以实现城市可持续发展。

The population density of JieYang City is in the forefront of the country,and the pressure of ecological environment is great.Through the construction of the ecological security evaluation index system of JieYang City,the PSR evaluation model was used to comprehensively evaluate the ecological security of JieYang City in 2010-2018.The results show that:JieYang City's ecological security index shows a downward trend on the whole,taking 2011 as the critical point,the ecological security develops from critical security to unsafe;The effects of each subsystem of urban ecosystem on ecological security are different,and there are certain differences;The pressure of subsystem's ecological security is an important driving force for the decline of ecological security,and the state of ecological security intensifies ecological security in terms of ecological security evaluation index factors,resource endowment difference is the basis of ecological security change in JieYang City,resource constraints such as land development and population density are the main reasons for the decline of ecological security in JieYang City.Environmental state factors such as industrial wastewater discharge,landscape fragmentation and ecological response factors such as low per capita GDP and insufficient economic development power all affect the development trend of urban ecological security in JieYang City.It is necessary to actively implement appropriate policies and measures such as resource development and environmental improvement to improve the ecological security index of JieYang City,so as to realize the sustainable development of the city.
