Discussion on Examination of Surveying and Mapping Results in Real Estate Registration Practice

随着不动产统一登记制度的实施,不动产登记中的测绘成果审核也就成为登记机构、测绘单位和不动产登记申请人等的关注焦点,如何做好测绘成果审核保证不动产登记的质量就显得尤为重要,为此,本文结合不动产登记测绘成果审核实务,针对不动产登记测绘成果审核的依据、主体、内容等展开了初步探讨,并就存在问题提出可行性建议。

With the implementation of the Unified Real Estate Registration System,the verification of Surveying and Mapping results in real estate registration has become the focus of attention of registration agencies,surveying and Mapping Units and Real Estate Registration applicants.It is particularly important to ensure the quality of real estate registration by doing a good job in the verification of Surveying and mapping results.In this paper,a preliminary discussion has conducted on the Real Estate Registration Surveying and Mapping results of the audit practice,based on the Real Estate Registration Surveying and Mapping results of the audit,the main body,the content and put forward feasible suggestions on the existing problems.
