抗疏力剂固化砾类土无机结合料应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 为解决碎石短缺、筑路材料匮乏的问题,提出复合稳定砾类土代替水泥稳定碎石的混合料结构,通过对抗疏力剂作用机理的分析,以水泥为结合介质,抗疏力剂为研究对象,对砾类土应用抗疏力剂的优势、经济效益进行了详细分析,分析结果表明,抗疏力剂对砾类土的固化是一种综合行为,既有物理吸附缠绕又有化学结晶反应,它对无机结合料产生的固化效果非常有效。用复合稳定土(底)基层替代水稳碎石(底)基层,可以达到降低资源损耗,减少土地占用、保护水文环境的目标。 To solve the problem of shortage of rubble,the lack of road materials,coarse grained soil composite steady structure instead of the cement stable macadam mixture,through the analysis of mechanism against the force of hydrophobic agent,cement as the binding medium,hydrophobic resistance agent as the research object,the application of coarse grained soil hydrophobic resistance agent's advantage and economic benefits are analyzed in detail,the analysis results show that the hydrophobic resistance agent of coarse grained soil solidification is a comprehensive behavior,there are both physical adsorption winding and crystal chemical reaction,it is the curing effect of inorganic binder is very effective.The goal of reducing resource loss,reducing land occupation and protecting hydrological environment can be achieved by replacing water-stabilized gravel base with composite stabilized soil base.
