摘要
文章针对某乘用车整车怠速抖动问题,首先通过振动测试确定抖动问题的频率和阶次,通过对动力总成悬置系统进行刚体模态试验,研究抖动问题产生的原因,并利用CAE仿真手段进行悬置刚度灵敏度分析,然后对悬置元件进行刚度检测进一步确认悬置刚度问题,最后通过重新匹配悬置解决了抖动问题。本研究对解决整车怠速抖动问题具有一定的参考意义。
Aiming at the idle jitter problem on a vehicle,firstly the vibration test is done to confirm the frequency and order for the problem.Secondly,rigid modal test for powertrain mounting system is finished to analyze the causing of the problem.CAE modeling is used to do sensitivity analysis for mount stiffness.Then stiffness detection for each mount element is done to confirm the further problem.Finally,powertrain mounts are matched again to solve the problem.It has some reference significance for settling idling jitter problem on vehicle.
