碳纤维儿童座椅铺层铺覆优化设计

摘要 文章基于Fibersim软件对碳纤维儿童安全座椅外板开展了铺覆可行性分析和铺层优化设计。在分析碳纤维外板内层铺覆可行性时,采用分块方案将外板的凹凸台、翻边、曲率较大等特征单独提取进行分块。在分析外板外观层铺覆可行性时,调整碳纤维铺覆角度以保证外观纹理一致,同时将剪口布置在隐蔽位置。研究表明,采用此方案优化后的碳纤维儿童座椅外板能同时满足铺覆可行性和外观审美的要求。 In this paper,based on Fibersim software,the feasibility analysis and optimization design of the outer panel of the carbon fiber child safety seat are carried out.When analyzing the feasibility of the inner layer of the carbon fiber outer panel,the block scheme is used to separate the concave and convex platform,flanging,and large curvature of the outer panel into blocks.When analyzing the feasibility of overlaying the outer panel,adjust the carbon fiber overlay angle to ensure the appearance of the texture is consistent,and at the same time arrange the cut in a hidden position.The outer panel of the carbon fiber child seat optimized by this scheme can meet the requirements of paving feasibility and aesthetic appearance at the same time。
