摘要
新冠肺炎疫情不仅影响了国家经济社会发展和人们正常的生产生活,也影响了2020届高职院校毕业生就业。面对挑战,高职院校强化就业举措,做好就业工作是一件刻不容缓的大事。在梳理高职毕业生就业背景的基础上,可从就业渠道、帮扶措施和培养模式等方面进行综合分析,探讨疫情压力下的就业促进政策。
The epidemic situation of COVID-19 not only affects the national economic and social development and people’s normal production and life,but also affects the employment of graduates of 2020 higher vocational colleges.In the face of challenges,it is an urgent task for higher vocational colleges to strengthen employment measures and do a good job in employment.This paper analyses the employment background of higher vocational graduates,makes a comprehensive analysis from the aspects of employment channels,assistance measures and training mode,and discusses the employment promotion policy under the pressure of epidemic situation.
