摘要
当前高职院校教育中亲师互动协同育人已成为一种教育共识。家庭、学校、社会是影响学生成人成才的三大重要因素。作为教育系统中缺一不可的因素,三者必须充分渗透与融合,才能使教育系统真正充分发挥育人作用,培养出更多德智体美劳全面发展的优秀人才。可从亲师互动角度入手,探寻适合高职院校特点的提升亲师互动协同育人效果的方法与路径。
It has become a kind of educational consensus that teacher-parent interaction and cooperative education in current higher vocational college education.Family,school and society have become three important factors affecting students’adult development.As one of the indispensable factors in the education system,the three elements must give full play to infiltration and integration so that the education system can give full play to the role of educating people and cultivating more outstanding talents with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics and labor.From the perspective of teacher-parent interaction,this paper tries to find out the methods and paths suitable for the characteristics of higher vocational colleges to improve the effect of teacher-parent interaction and collaborative education.
