基于斜槽口的永磁同步电机齿槽转矩削弱研究 被引量:1

摘要 齿槽转矩对永磁同步电机在低速段的控制精度有较大影响,为了将齿槽转矩进行抑制,本文采用了槽口倾斜的方法来削弱电机的齿槽转矩。本文推导了槽口倾斜角度与齿槽转矩的关系,并使用有限元软件建立直槽口与斜槽口电机模型,求解了齿槽转矩幅值,同时也对输出转矩与反电势进行仿真分析。由仿真结果可知斜槽口对电机齿槽转矩有较大的抑制作用,相比直槽口降低了89.1%,反电势畸变率也有较大改善,且对输出转矩幅值与反电势有效值的影响较小。 Cogging torque has a great influence on the control accuracy of PMSM at low speed.In order to reduce the cogging torque,a method of slot-opening shift to reduce cogging torque of PMSM is presented.In this paper,the relationship between the cogging torque and the angle of slot-opening is derived,based on the analytical formula of cogging torque.The two-dimensional model of the motor with the straight slot-opening and skewed slot-opening is established by using the finite element software,and the cogging torque is simulated and analyzed.At the same time,the output torque and back EMF are simulated and analyzed.The simulation results show that the skewed slot-opening has a great restraining effect on the cogging Torque,which is 89.1%lower than that of the straight slot-opening,and the back EMF distortion rate is also greatly improved,and the effect on the output torque and the effective value of the reverse potential is less.
