摘要
铂电阻广泛应用智能家电的测试中,其利用金属铂的阻值随着温度的变化而改变这一特性来测量温度及温度相关的参数。在电饭煲保温温度和电磁灶热效率测试中,相关标准仅对铂电阻的分辨率等参数进行规定,但是未对影响测试结果的直径和长度等参数进行规定。通过试验数据发现,在其他试验条件相同的情况下,不同直径的铂电阻进行电饭煲保温温度和电磁灶热效率的测试结果存在明显差别。通过本研究希望为下一步标准的制修订提供数据参考及建议。
Platinum resistance thermometer is widely used in the testing of intelligent household appliances.It uses the characteristic that the resistance of platinum changes with temperature to measure temperature and temperaturerelated parameters.In the testing of the keep warm temperature of the rice cooker and the thermal efficiency of the induction cooker,the relevant standards only specify the resolution of platinum resistance thermometer,but do not specify the diameter and length that affect the test results.Through the test data,it is found that under the same other test conditions,there are obvious differences in the test results of keep warm temperature of the rice cooker and the thermal efficiency of the induction cooker with platinum resistor thermometers with different diameters.This research will provide data reference for the revision of standards.
