枣庄市新沟河岸线利用管理规划探索

Exploration on the utilization and management planning of Xingou riverbank line in Zaozhuang

为加快推进河长制落实,保障河湖行(蓄)洪安全和维护河流健康,科学合理地利用和保护岸线资源,本文总结了近年来岸线开发利用现状、管理经验和存在问题,对河湖岸线利用管理规划,提出岸线利用管理保障措施,实现岸线资源的科学管理,合理利用和有效保护。有利于维护新沟河的健康生态,在促进经济社会可持续发展,保障防洪安全、保护水生态环境等方面都具有十分重要的作用。

In order to speed up the implementation of the river chief system,ensure the safety of river and lake navigation(flood storage)and maintain river health,scientifically and rationally utilize and protect shoreline resources.This paper summarizes the present situation,management experience and existing problems of shoreline development and utilization in recent years,and puts forward the safeguard measures for shoreline utilization and management to realize scientific management,rational utilization and effective protection of shoreline resources.It is conducive to maintaining the healthy ecology of Xingou River,and plays a very important role in promoting the sustainable development of economy and society,ensuring the safety of flood control and protecting the ecological environment of water.
