工业园区类规划水资源论证,是地方水行政主管部门规划水资源论证管理的核心与难点。本文主要介绍了开展工业园区需水预测采用的分类指标法和综合指标法的主要内容和分析方法,结合规划水资源论证技术要求和合肥庐阳经济开发区实例,对其进行了需水预测,并从总量、用水效率与用水结构合理性等方面进行了分析,旨在为同类型规划水资源论证需求预测提供借鉴或参考。

Water resources demonstration for industrial park planning is the core and difficulty of water resources demonstration management for local water administrative departments.This paper mainly introduces the main contents and analysis methods of classification index method and comprehensive index method used to carry out the water demand forecast of industrial parks.Combined with the technical requirements of planning water resources demonstration and the example of Hefei Luyang economic development zone,the water demand forecast is carried out,and the rationality analysis is carried out from the aspects of total amount,water use efficiency and rationality of water use structure,etc.The purpose is to provide reference for the same type of planning water resources demonstration demand forecast.
