从肺论治酒精性肝病

Treating Alcoholic Liver Disease from Lung Function

肺肝不仅通过多经络的循行分布相互连接,还在经络营卫气血循行流注顺序中序贯相接,构成气血循环周流不可或缺的一环。气血乃生命活动的根本,其气血关系是肺肝复杂联系的重要来源,气血既是供养肺肝的物质基础,又是肺肝功能活动的产物,气血相互资生、相互依存,相辅相成。肺肝不仅可直接作用于津液的生成、输布和运行,还可通过气血间接作用于津液的生成运行及代谢。基于此提出从肺论治酒精性肝病的三大治法,即宣肺疏肝法、清肺平肝法和滋肺养肝法。宣肺疏肝法多用杏仁、桔梗、藿香、佩兰、紫菀、麻黄、桂枝等开肺气、宣上焦,化湿利水以疏肝调肝;清肺平肝法常用枇杷叶、桑叶、薄荷、瓜蒌、竹叶等清肺金以平肝火;滋肺养肝法可用五味子、沙参、麦冬、生地黄、熟地黄、石斛、山药、黄精等滋补肺阴以涵养肝木。

The Lung and Liver are not only connected by the circulation distribution of multiple meridians,but also are connected sequentially in the circulation sequence of the Qi and blood circulation in the meridians and collaterals,forming an indispensable part of the circulation of Qi and blood.Qi and blood are the foundation of life activities and the relationship between qi and blood is an important source of the complex connection between the Lung and Liver.Qi and blood are the material basis for the Lung and Liver and the product of Lung and Liver function activities.Qi and blood are mutually supportive,interdependent,and complementary.The lung and liver not only directly act on the production,transfusion and operation of body fluid,but also indirectly act on the production,operation and metabolism of body fluid through qi and blood.Based on this,three methods of treating alcoholic liver disease based on the lung theory are proposed,namely,Xuanfei Shugan,Qingfei Pinggan and Zifei Yanggan.In the method of Xuanfei Shugan,Xingren(almonds),Jiegeng(platycodon),Huoxiang(agastache rugosus),Peilan(eupatorium),Ziyuan(aster),Mahuang(ephedra),Guizhi(cassia twig),etc.are often used.In the method of Qingfei Pinggan,Pibaye(loquat leaves),Sangye(mulberry leaves),Bohe(peppermint),Gualou(trichosanthes),Zhuye(bamboo leaves),etc.are frequently used.In the Zifei Yanggan method,Wuweizi(schisandra),Shashen(adenophora),Maidong(ophiopogon japonicus),Shengdihuang(dried rehamnnia root),Shoudihuang(rehmannia glutinosa),Shihu(dendrobium),Shanyao(Chinese yam),Huangjing(polygonatum),etc.to nourish Lung yin and then to nourish Liver.
