独一味作为一种传统的民族药物,药理活性主要集中在止血镇痛、抗炎抗菌、抗肿瘤及提高免疫力功能等方面。独一味的止血机理可能是影响凝血纤维蛋白原转变为纤维蛋白的过程,而对外源性凝血因子和内源性凝血因子影响不大。此外,独一味总环烯醚萜苷还能通过抑制纤溶激活物从而阻止血凝块溶解,达到止血的目的。独一味的镇痛作用可能是抑制末梢神经对疼痛刺激的敏感性,并通过其抗炎作用,使局部水肿减轻,炎症消退,减轻对神经的压迫。山栀子苷甲酯和8-O-乙酰山栀子苷甲酯为代表化合物的环烯醚萜苷类成分,是独一味镇痛的有效物质。独一味注射液具有明显的抗炎作用,推测其作用机制可能与增强巨噬细胞的吞噬功能和抑制白细胞介素-1的分泌有关。独一味的抗肿瘤活性物质是含量相对较低的挥发油类成分。独一味总苷能显著提高巨噬细胞吞噬率和吞噬指数、E花环形成率及酸性α-萘酚醋酸酯酶染色阳性率,且独一味有显著提高非特异性免疫和特异性免疫的作用。

As a traditional national medicine,the pharmacological activities Duyiwei(lamiophlomis rotate)mainly focus on hemostasis and analgesia,anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial,anti-tumor and immunity enhancement functions.The hemostasis mechanism of it may be the process of converting fibrinogen into fibrin through the common pathway of blood coagulation,while the exogenous and endogenous coagulation factors have little effect.In addition,the total iridoid glycosides of Duyiwei can also prevent blood clots from dissolving by inhibiting fibrinolytic activators,thereby achieving the purpose of hemostasis.The unique analgesic effect may be to inhibit the sensitivity of peripheral nerves to painful stimulation,and through its anti-inflammatory effect,it can reduce local edema,inflammation,and reduce the pressure on nerves.Geniposide methyl ester and 8-O-acetyl geniposide methyl ester are representative compounds of iridoid glycosides,which are the effective substance for analgesia.Duyiwei injection has obvious anti-inflammatory effects.It is speculated that its mechanism of its action may be related to enhancing the phagocytic function of macrophages and inhibiting the secretion of interleukin-1.The unique anti-tumor active substance is a relatively low content of volatile oil components.The total glycosides of Duyiwei can significantly increase the phagocytic rate of macrophages,the phagocytic index,the formation rate of E rosette and the positive rate of acidα-naphthol acetate staining,and it can significantly improve the effect on non-specific immunity and specific immunity.
