王庆国教授辨治干燥综合征,重视其气血不通、阴液亏虚的病机特点,循“开通道路、养阴退阳”法辨证选方。湿热阴虚证之燥痹者,治以利湿通络、滋阴清热,方选白虎加桂枝汤合六味地黄丸加减;瘀毒伤阴证,治以活血解毒、养阴润燥,方选身痛逐瘀汤合五味消毒饮酌加凉润之味;阳虚失温证,治以温阳散寒、养血通脉,方选麻黄附子细辛汤合当归四逆汤加减;气阴两虚证,治以补气益阴,方选生脉散加减;阴阳失和证,治当平衡阴阳、调和营卫,方选柴胡桂枝汤同调营卫气血、阴阳。此后,根据患者至苦之症而遣药加减,同时着重扶正固本以预防调护。

When Professor Wang Qingguo diagnoses and treats Sjogren′s syndrome,He pays great attention to the pathogenesis characteristics of Qi and blood barriers and Yin deficiency,and selects prescriptions based on the method of"opening channels,nourishing Yin and retreating Yang".For those with Damp-heat and Yin deficiency syndrome,the treatment is to relieve Dampness and dredge collaterals,nourish yin and clear Heat,and modified Baihu Decoction plus Guizhi Decoction combined with Liuwei Dihuang Pills are used;for those with blood stasis injuring Yin syndromne,Shentong Zhuyu Decoction combined with Wuwei Xiaodu Drink plus certain cooling and moisturizing drugs in character;for those with Yang deficiency and cold syndrome,the treatment is warming Yang to dispel cold as well as nourishing blood to dredging meridians,and modified Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction combined with Danggui Sini Decoction is used;for those with Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome,the treatment should be invigorating Qi and yin,and modified Shengmai Powder is applied;for those with Yin and Yang disharmony syndrome,the treatment is balancing Yin and Yang as well as reconciling Ying Qi and Wei Qi,and Chaihu Guizhi Decoction is used to restore the balance of Ying Qi,Wei Qi and blood as well as Yin and Yang.Besides,according to the patient′s most painful symptoms,adding or subtracting medicines should be done.At the same time it should be focused on strengthening the body Zheng Qi so as to prevent disease and help recovery.
