致力于童年期创伤疗愈的社区心理服务的实践性探索

Practical Exploration of the Community Psychological Service for Childhood Trauma Healing

随着我国社会心理服务体系建设的推进,社区将逐渐成为社会心理服务的主阵地。童年期创伤具有高发生率和高致病风险的特征,在社区心理服务中应该被高度重视和妥善解决。本文尝试从童年期创伤疗愈的现实意义出发,着重对社区心理服务进行实践性探索,提出:“营造童年期创伤疗愈的安全环境”“整合童年期创伤疗愈的社会支持”和“保障童年期创伤疗愈的完整过程”三项内容;“社区-家庭-个体”三级路径;以及对可能存在问题的深入反思,希望可以为我国社区心理服务的实践提供一种新的思路。

With the promotion of the construction of social psychological service system in China,the community will gradually become the main position of the social psychological service.Childhood trauma should to be highly valued and properly resolved in the community psychological service because of its characteristics of high incidence and high risk of diseases.Based on the practical significance of childhood trauma healing,this paper focuses on the practical exploration of the community psychological service,proposes three items contents:“creating safe environment for childhood trauma healing”,“integrating social support for childhood trauma healing”and“guaranteeing complete process for childhood trauma healing”;three-level path:“community-family-individual”;as well as the deep reflection on the possible problems,hoping to provide a new idea for the practice of community psychological service in China.
