HPLC法测定蒙药嘎日迪-15丸中没食子酸的含量

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定嘎日迪-15丸中没食子酸含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法对嘎日迪-15中的没食子酸进行含量测定。色谱条件为:采用C 18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),柱温30℃,以甲醇-0.05%磷酸溶液(10∶90)为流动相,检测波长272nm,流速1.0ml/min,进样量10μ1。结果:色谱峰分离情况良好,没食子酸在4.08μg/ml^20.42μg/ml范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.99999);平均加样回收率为100.65%,RSD=1.12%(n=9)。结论:本法建立的含量测定方法简便准确、专属性强、重复性好,可用于嘎日迪-15丸的质量控制。

Objective:Todeterminatethe contents of gallic acid in Garidi-15 pills.Methods:AnHPLCmethod was used and Pheomenex Luna C 18 was selected(250×4.6mm×5μm),acolumn temperature was 30℃,the mobile phase was consisted of methyl alcohol-0.05%phosphoric acid solution(10∶90)were mobile phase the detecting wave length and velocity were 272 nm and 1.0 mL/min repectively and sample quantity 10μ1.Results:There were established a good linear relation between 4.08μg/ml^20.42μg/ml of gallic acid,r=0.99999,the average recovery was 100.65%,RSD was1.12%.Conclusion:The method had the advantages of simple and easy operation,sensitive and accurate and exhibited a good separation effect.The methods were can be used to determination of contents and quality control of the Garidi-15 Pill.
