摘要 科技服务是助力企业创新、促进科研院所成果转化的重要桥梁,不同于一般现代服务,其具有产业链条长、服务对象多、针对性更强等特点。而传统科技服务由于存在服务区域广袤、业务边界欠清、服务者服务能力参差不齐等缺陷,导致其存在资源利用率低、业务重复度高、协同服务能力弱和产能释放不足等系列问题。本文从大数据服务的视角出发,对科技服务资源和服务能力进行分析,提出了一种基于微服务架构的科技服务模式,设计并实现了一种基于服务需求的松散耦合封装算法,构建了一种基于多点聚合、由点到面的平台式综合协同科技服务模型,并研究其在大数据视野下的运营模式,旨在为科技服务业提供一种新的解决思路。 Science and technology service is an important bridge for enterprises and scientific research institutes to transform their achievements.It has a long service chain,more service objects and strong pertinence,which is different from the general modern service.The traditional science and technology services are limited by the areas,business boundaries,service capabilities of providers and other factors,which result in low resource utilization,high business repetition and insufficient capacity release.This paper proposes a new micro-services model which is based the current development of science and technology services in China.The technology service resources and capabilities are loosely coupled and encapsulated to meet service requirements,which form a multi-point aggregation and platform-based integrated cooperative science and technology service environment from point to surface.It also studies the new operation mode of science and technology service in the view of big data,and provides a new solution for the new science and technology service.
