摘要
随着科技的发展革新,电线电缆用高分子材料的种类也越来越丰富,其性能各异,应用广泛。为了了解电线电缆用高分子材料的性能和应用范围,提高新品开发的效率,本文从电线电缆料应用广泛和日趋成熟的低烟无卤阻燃电缆材料角度出发,分析和比较了目前常用的无卤阻燃剂的化学成分和阻燃机理,总结了环保高效的阻燃剂的研究方向,并对其发展趋势进行了分析展望。
With the development of science and technology innovation,the kinds of polymer materials used for wire and cable are more and more abundant,and widely used.In order to understand the performance and application range of polymer materials,improve the efficiency of new product development,starting from low smoke halogen-free flame retardant cable material,the chemical composition and mechanism of halogen-free flame retardants were analyzed and compared.The research direction of environmental protection and high efficiency flame retardant was summarized,and its development trend was analyzed and prospected.
