摘要
在玻璃表面构筑超疏水透明涂层能够赋予玻璃很多功能,如良好的透光率、防冰/霜、防结雾、自清洁等功能,因而在交通、建筑、及电子等行业应用潜力巨大。碳材料模板法构筑超疏水涂层具有开发简单、经济、环境友好的特点,碳材料在涂层上累积很容易形成无序的微纳结构形貌,涂层的疏水性和透明性也可以通过改变碳材料的浓度和粒径进行调节。介绍和总结了就近年来碳材料模板法构筑超疏水透明涂层的制备方法、性能和研究进展,并简述了未来的研究重点和发展方向。
The superhydrophobic transparent coating on glass surface exhibits high transmittance,self-cleaning,anti-icing/frosting and anti-fogging function,which has great potential in transportation,construction,and electronics.The superhydrophobic coating constructed by template method using carbon material is simple,economy and environmental friendly.The accumulation of carbon materials on the coating is easy to form disordered micro-nano structure.The hydrophobicity and transparency of the coating can be further controlled by the concentration and particle size of the carbon material.The preparation methods,properties and research progress of superhydrophobic coating constructed by template method using carbon material were introduced and summarized.The research focus and development direction in the future were described.
