改性生物吸附剂对实验室废水中Cr(Ⅵ)吸附研究

摘要 以花生壳和甘蔗渣作为基质,经磷酸、马来酸酐、四乙烯五胺、乙酸酐四种改性剂改性为新型生物吸附剂,并分析改性前后其表面结构性能变化,考察了不同改性方式的生物吸附剂对实验室废水中Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附效率。结果表明,花生壳经四乙烯五胺改性的吸附率为最佳,吸附率可达99.57%,是未改性花生壳的1.02倍;甘蔗渣马来酸酐改性后的甘蔗渣吸附率可达96.97%,是未改性甘蔗渣的1.01倍。 The peanut shell and bagasse were used as substrate,and four kinds of modifier(phosphoric acid,maleic anhydride,tetrethylenepentamine and acetic anhydride)were chosen to modify the new biological adsorbent.The surface structure properties of biological adsorbent before and after modification were characterized.The adsorption rates for Cr(Ⅵ)in laboratory wastewater by different biological adsorbents were measured.The results showed that the adsorption rate of peanut shell modified by tetrethylenepentamine increased to 99.57%,which was 1.02 times of unmodified peanut shell.The adsorption rate of bagasse modified by maleic anhydride was 96.97%,which was 1.01 times of unmodified bagasse.
