摘要
利用DPPH法测定白芷美白液抗氧化能力,通过白芷美白液对酪氨酸酶抑制作用的测定得出白芷美白液的最佳美白浓度;并将白芷美白液加入到防晒霜中制备出白芷美白防晒霜,筛选出防晒霜最佳制备工艺。综合比较白芷美白和抗氧化能力,及防晒霜的工艺,结果表明,搅拌速度为1000 r/min,乳化温度为80℃,乳化时间为20 min,白芷含量为1%,制得美白霜膏体性状稳定,颜色较好。
DPPH method was used to determine the antioxidant capacity of Angelica dahurica whitening solution.The best whitening concentration of Angelica dahurica whitening solution was obtained by measuring the inhibitory effect of Angelica dahurica whitening solution on tyrosinase.The Angelica dahurica whitening and sunscreen cream was prepared by adding Angelica dahurica whitening solution into sunscreen,and the optimal preparation process of sunscreen was screened.The whitening and antioxidant capacity of Angelica dahurica and the process of sunscreen cream were compared.The results showed that when the stirring speed was 1000 r/min,the emulsifying temperature was 80℃and the emulsifying time was 20 min,the content of Angelica dahurica was 1%.It had stable properties and good color.
