精煤灰分是影响煤炭计价的一个重要指标,对选煤厂的生产具有指导意义。本文主要针对贵州某选煤厂产销精煤灰分差异大的具体问题,从采样、制样、化验、设备及煤质检验人员水平等方面进行分析探索,提出建议。生产中加强采制化管理,确保煤样代表性、规范制样、准确化验。加强培训,提高质检人员水平,建立奖惩制度,以技术检查结果指导生产,保证外销精煤质量,降低产销精煤灰分误差,最终实现经济效益。

The ash content of clean coal is an important index that affects the coal pricing,and it has guiding significance for the production of coal preparation plant.Mainly aiming at the specific problems of large difference in ash content between the production and sales of clean coal in a coal preparation plant in Guizhou Province,it was analyzed and explored from the aspects of sampling,sample preparation,laboratory test,equipment and the level of coal quality inspectors,and suggestions were put forward.In production,we should strengthen the management of mining and preparation,ensure the representativeness of coal samples,standardize the preparation of samples and accurately test,strengthen the training,improve the quality inspection personnel level,establish the reward and punishment system,guide the production with the technical inspection results,ensure the quality of the exported refined coal,reduce the ash error of the produced and sold refined coal,and finally realize the economic benefits.
