摘要
为解决《防火防爆实验》课程中同学们的不安全行为,针对三个方面,学校及学院的行为安全管理、实验指导老师的行为安全管理、学生的行为安全管理,对“行为安全管理”进行了探讨和应用。结果表明:通过识别关键行为、收集行为数据、提供双向交流,应用安全检查表方法,以及现场观察与干预对策的行为安全管理的构建模式,最终同学们的不安全行为得到了明显改善,不安全行为发生的概率大大下降。
Behavior safety management was explored and applied,in order to solve the unsafe behavior of students in the Fire-proof and Explosion-proof Experiment course,mainly for three aspects,such as behavior safety management in schools and colleges,experimental guidance teachers,and students.The results indicated that,finally,un-safety behavior was improved evidently and probability of un-safety behavior was decreased enormously on students,by identifying key behaviors,collecting behavior data,and providing two-way communication,applying safety check list method,and structuring mode of behavior safety management about on-the-spot observation and interposed countermeasures.
