分析结肠癌手术治疗中完整结肠系膜切除术的应用价值

Analysis of the practical value of complete mesocolectomy in the surgical treatment of colon cancer

目的分析结肠癌手术治疗中完整结肠系膜切除术的应用价值。方法30例需要进行手术治疗的结肠癌患者,按治疗方式不同分为试验组与对照组,各15例。对照组患者采用传统常规手术治疗,试验组患者采用完整结肠系膜切除术进行治疗。比较两组患者的术中出血量、淋巴结清扫个数、进食时间、拔管时间及术后的不良事件发生率。结果试验组的术中出血量、淋巴结清扫个数、进食时间及拔管时间分别为(110.02±8.14)ml、(26.06±2.24)个、(3.20±0.94)d、(8.71±1.11)d均明显优于对照组的(188.75±14.61)ml、(15.49±1.97)个、(5.91±0.42)d、(14.12±2.35)d,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组术后总不良事件发生率为13.33%低于对照组的46.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论选择完整结肠系膜切除术作为结肠癌手术患者的治疗方案,不仅可收获更为理想的治疗效果,同时还可以进一步提高治疗安全性,减少各种不良事件的发生。

Objective To analyze the practical value of complete mesocolectomy in the surgical treatment of colon cancer.Methods A total of 30 patients with colon cancer requiring surgical treatment were divided into experimental group and control group according to difference treatment methods,with 15 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional conventional surgery,and patients in the experimental group were treated with complete mesocolectomy.The amount of intraoperative hemorrhage,number of lymph node dissection,feeding time,extubation time and the incidence of postoperative adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of intraoperative hemorrhage,number of lymph node dissection,feeding time,extubation time of the experimental group were(110.02±8.14)ml,(26.06±2.24)nodes,(3.20±0.94)dand(8.71±1.11)d,which were obviously better than(188.75±14.61)ml,(15.49±1.97)nodes,(5.91±0.42)d and(14.12±2.35)d of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative adverse events of the experimental group was 13.33%,which was lower than 46.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Complete mesocolectomy for the treatment of colon cancer can not only achieve a more ideal treatment effect,but also further improve the safety of treatment and reduce the occurrence of various adverse events.
