分析微创钢板内固定术治疗创伤性尺骨骨折的价值

Analysis of the value of minimally invasive plate internal fixation in the treatment of traumatic ulnar fractures

目的观察微创钢板内固定术在创伤性尺骨骨折中的应用价值。方法68例创伤性尺骨骨折患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各34例。对照组实施切开复位钢板内固定术治疗,观察组实施微创钢板内固定术治疗。对比两组手术指标、治疗效果、并发症发生率。结果观察组的手术时间(55.17±7.36)min、住院时间(9.12±1.06)d、切口长度(4.14±0.26)cm均明显短于对照组的(71.41±8.14)min、(14.12±1.41)d、(14.13±0.06)cm,差异具有统计学意义(t=8.629、16.528、218.306,P<0.05)。观察组治疗后总有效率94.12%明显高于对照组的76.47%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=4.2207,P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率5.88%低于对照组的26.47%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取微创钢板内固定术治疗创伤性尺骨骨折,能够减少手术对患者机体的损伤,缩短手术时间,促进手术恢复,确保患者早日出院,降低术后的并发症,提高手术治疗的效果,该治疗方法具有一定使用价值。

Objective To observe the practical value of minimally invasive plate internal fixation in the treatment of traumatic ulnar fractures.Methods A total of 68 patients with traumatic ulnar fractures were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open reduction and plate internal fixation,and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive plate internal fixation.The surgical indicators,therapeutic effect and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,hospitalization time and incision length of the observation group were(55.17±7.36)min,(9.12±1.06)d and(4.14±0.26)cm,which were shorter than(71.41±8.14)min,(14.12±1.41)d and(14.13±0.06)cm of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.629,16.528,218.306;P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment 94.12%of the observation group was obviously higher than 76.47%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.2207,P<0.05).The incidence of complications 5.88%of the observation group was lower than 26.47%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive plate internal fixation in the treatment of traumatic ulnar fracture can reduce the damage to the body of patients,shorten the operation time,promote the recovery,ensure the early discharge of patients,reduce postoperative complications,and improve the effect of surgical treatment.This treatment method has a certain practical value.
