双极电凝直视下眼轮匝肌紧缩术用于眼袋整形手术的价值分析

Value analysis of orbicularis oculi muscle tightening under bipolar electrocoagulation for eye bag plastic surgery

目的探讨双极电凝直视下眼轮匝肌紧缩术用于眼袋整形手术的价值。方法100例眼袋整形手术患者,根据治疗方法的不同将其分为对照组及研究组,每组50例。对照组采用常规眼袋切除术,研究组采用双极电凝直视下眼轮匝肌紧缩术。对比两组患者的治疗效果、满意度和术后并发症发生情况。结果研究组总有效率94.00%高于对照组的76.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的满意度90.00%高于对照组的72.00%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=5.263,P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率0低于对照组的6.00%,但差异无统计学意义(χ^2=3.093,P>0.05)。结论双极电凝直视下眼轮匝肌紧缩术用于眼袋整形手术的效果显著,有利于减少手术后切痕等对整体面部形象的影响,患者满意度较高,值得临床进一步推广使用。

Objective To discuss the value of orbicularis oculi muscle tightening under bipolar electrocoagulation for eye bag plastic surgery.Methods A total of 100 patients with eye bag plastic surgery were divided into control group and research group according to different treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group underwent conventional eye bag resection,and the research group underwent orbicularis oculi muscle tightening under bipolar electrocoagulation.The therapeutic effect,satisfaction degree and occurrence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 94.00%of the research group was higher than 76.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree 90.00%of the research group was higher than 72.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.263,P<0.05).The incidence of complications 0 of the research group was lower than 6.00%of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(χ^2=3.093,P>0.05).Conclusion Orbicularis oculi muscle tightening under bipolar electrocoagulation has remarkable effect in eye bag plastic surgery,and it is beneficial to reduce the impact of post-operative incisions on the overall facial image.Patients’satisfaction is high and it is worthy of further clinical promotion.
