探讨果酸联合盐酸米诺环素治疗中重度痤疮的临床疗效及预后影响

Investigation of clinical efficacy and prognostic effects of alpha hydroxy acid combined with minocycline hydrochloride in the treatment of moderate to severe acne

目的分析果酸联合盐酸米诺环素治疗中重度痤疮的临床疗效和预后情况。方法58例中重度痤疮患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组29例。对照组采用盐酸米诺环素口服治疗,研究组采用盐酸米诺环素联合果酸治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、痤疮特异性生活质量问卷(Acne-Qol)评分。结果研究组治疗总有效率93.10%高于对照组的68.97%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者痤疮症状、社会功能、情感功能、自我感知评分分别为(26.23±1.21)、(26.38±0.65)、(27.02±1.04)、(26.68±1.21)分,均高于对照组的(20.25±1.32)、(19.58±0.21)、(18.62±1.05)、(17.25±1.32)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗中重度痤疮可将果酸与盐酸米诺环素药物联合使用,比单一使用盐酸米诺环素疗效更理想,进而提升治疗疗效及其生活质量。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and prognostic effects of alpha hydroxy acid combined with minocycline hydrochloride in the treatment of moderate to severe acne.Methods A total of58 patients with moderate to severe acne were randomly divided into control group and research group,with29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with minocycline hydrochloride orally,and the research group was treated with alpha hydroxy acid combined with minocycline hydrochloride.The clinical efficacy and acne quality of life(Acne-Qol)score of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment 93.10%of the research group was higher than 68.97%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,acne symptoms,social function,emotional function,self-perception score of the research group were(26.23±1.21),(26.38±0.65),(27.02±1.04)and(26.68±1.21)points,which were higher than(20.25±1.32),(19.58±0.21),(18.62±1.05)and(17.25±1.32)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Alpha hydroxy acid combined with minocycline hydrochloride is more effective in the treatment of moderate to severe acne than minocycline hydrochloride only,thereby improving the therapeutic efficacy and quality of life.
