中药房调剂质量监管对中药处方有效性及用药安全性的影响分析

Analysis of the influence of the quality supervision of Chinese pharmacies on the effectiveness and safety of Chinese medicine prescriptions

目的分析中药房调剂质量监管对中药处方有效性和用药安全性的影响。方法960张中药房调剂的中药处方,将2018年1月~2019年1月未实施中药房调剂质量监管的460张中药处方作为对照组,2019年2月~2020年1月实施了中药房调剂质量监管的500张中药处方作为观察组。比较两组中药处方的有效性及用药安全性。结果观察组中药处方有效率95.20%(476/500)显著高于对照组的88.91%(409/460),差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=13.1485,P<0.05)。观察组中药处方不良事件发生率为4.00%(20/500),显著低于对照组的11.74%(54/460),差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=20.1706,P<0.05)。结论中药房调剂质量监管能够显著提高中药处方调剂质量,从而提高其有效性和用药安全性,具有较高的实践应用价值。

Objective To analyze the influence of the quality supervision of Chinese pharmacies on the effectiveness and safety of Chinese medicine prescriptions.Methods A total of 960 Chinese medicine prescriptions prepared by Chinese pharmacies.460 Chinese medicine prescriptions subject to quality supervision from January 2018 to January 2019 as the control group,and 500 Chinese medicine prescriptions subject to quality supervision from February 2019 to January 2020 as the observation group.The effectiveness and medication safety were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of Chinese medicine prescriptions 95.20%(476/500)of the observation group was significantly higher than 88.91%(409/460)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=13.1485,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in Chinese medicine prescription of the observation group was 4.00%(20/500),which was significantly lower than 11.74%(54/460)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=20.1706,P<0.05).Conclusion Quality supervision of Chinese pharmacies can significantly improve the quality of preparations of Chinese medicines,thereby improving their effectiveness and safety of medication,and has high practical application value.
