神经肌肉电刺激联合吞咽康复训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的临床价值分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨神经肌肉电刺激联合吞咽康复训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的临床价值。方法90例脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者,依据随机数字表法分成A组、B组和C组,每组30例。A组给予常规吞咽康复训练治疗,B组给予神经肌肉电刺激治疗,C组采取神经肌肉电刺激联合吞咽康复训练治疗。对比三组标准吞咽功能评估量表(SSA)评分及血氧饱和度(SaO2)。结果治疗后,三组SaO2降低值、SSA评分均低于治疗前,且C组SaO2降低值(1.23±0.41)%、SSA评分(24.5±4.4)分均低于A组的(2.44±0.84)%、(32.8±6.0)分及B组的(1.89±0.64)%、(28.6±5.7)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者,采用神经肌肉电刺激与吞咽康复训练相联合方法来治疗,能显著改善其吞咽障碍情况,临床应用价值突出。 Objective To discuss the clinical value of neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with swallowing rehabilitation training in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke.Methods A total of 90 patients with dysphagia after stroke were divided into group A,group B and group C according to random numeral table,with 30 cases in each group.Group A received conventional swallowing rehabilitation training,group B received neuromuscular electrical stimulation,and group C received neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with swallowing rehabilitation training.The standard swallowing assessment(SSA)score and blood oxygen saturation(SaO2)of the three groups were compared.Results After treatment,the SaO2 reduction and SSA score of the three groups were lower than those before treatment,and the SaO2 reduction and SSA score[(1.23±0.41)%and(24.5±4.4)points]of group C were lower than group A[(2.44±0.84)%and(32.8±6.0)points]and group B[(1.89±0.64)%and(28.6±5.7)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with dysphagia after stroke,neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with swallowing rehabilitation training can significantly improve their dysphagia and has outstanding clinical application value.
