摘要 探索适应中国电力市场多元化迅猛发展,安全、高效、快速的满足电站服务业市场需求的新路,是电站服务业正在努力的方向。通过在印度尼西亚、孟加拉的火电项目,以及我国江西、山西、河南等地区的光伏、风电新能源领域电站服务领域的实践摸索和尝试,引进适应市场化、自由竞争、专业化经营的"服务外包"管理形式,采取电站服务项目管理独立化、服务外包化等措施,在电站服务业的项目管理上取得了良好的经济效益和管理成效,竞争力得以大幅度提升。 In order to adapt to the rapid development of China’s power market diversification, to explore a safe, efficient and rapid new way to meet the market demand of power station service industry is our direction. Through years of practice and trial in power plant services, such as coal-fired power station projects in Indonesia and Bangladesh, domestic new energy fields projects like photovoltaic project and wind power projects in Jiangxi, Shanxi, Henan and other provinces, we try to introduce the "service outsourcing" management for adapting to marketization, free competition and specialized management of power station service industry. With the measures of independent management and outsourcing power station service, good economic benefits and management results have been achieved in the project management, and the competitiveness has been greatly improved.
