摘要
为降低火力发电厂超超临界机组制粉系统单耗及风机电耗,通过优化磨煤机运行方式来降低700 MW机组制粉系统单耗、风机电耗、排烟温度及厂用电率,从而达到节能降耗提高经济效益的作用,对优化前后的参数对比,并使用电力设计院提供的部分数据,计算出优化后每年产生的经济效益200余万元。本次试验最终确定了最优的磨煤机运行方式,即在合理的负荷范围内尽量减少运行磨煤机台数,可作为同等机组制粉系统优化的有效参考。
In order to reduce the unit consumption of pulverizing system and power consumption of fan of ultra supercritical unit in thermal power plant, the operation mode of coal mill is optimized to reduce the 700 unit consumption of pulverizing system of MW unit, power consumption of fan, exhaust gas temperature and auxiliary power rate can save energy, reduce consumption and improve economic benefits. By comparing the parameters before and after optimization and using some data provided by electric power design institute, the annual economic benefit after optimization is calculated to be more than 2 million yuan. This test finally determines the optimal operation mode of coal pulverizer, that is to reduce the number of coal mills in reasonable load range as far as possible, which can be used as an effective reference for the optimization of pulverizing system of the same unit.
