摘要
国际承包公司索赔是国际工程项目管理常见的问题。随着改革开放的深入,中外企业走出国门开展国际经济技术合作和国际承包工程项目的规模逐渐增多,工程索赔也随着增多。一些公司通过工程索赔来补偿损失,积累经验,提高项目管理水平。但在实际工程索赔时,如果完全照搬其他工程的索赔经验和方式存在一定局限性,索赔关键在于掌握并灵活运用索赔的基本原则和处理技巧。把握好时机,是索赔成功的基础。本文结合笔者多年工程管理经验,在分析国际工程项目管理中索赔的基础上,探讨了国际工程承包工程索赔的具体应用,以供参考。
Claims by international contracting companies are a common problem in international engineering project management.With the deepening of reform and opening up,the scale of Chinese and foreign enterprises going abroad to carry out international economic and technical cooperation and international contracting projects has gradually increased,and project claims have also increased.Some companies compensate losses through engineering claims,accumulate experience,and improve project management.However,in the actual project claim,if there are certain limitations in copying the claim experience and methods of other projects,the key to the claim is to master and flexibly use the basic principles and handling skills of the claim.Seizing the right time is the basis for the successful claim.Based on the author's many years of engineering management experience,this article discusses the specific application of international engineering contracting project claims based on the analysis of claims in international engineering project management for reference.
