机电安装工程的造价管理及成本控制对策研究

Research on Cost Management and Cost Control Countermeasures of Mechanical and Electrical Installation Engineering

机电安装工程需要使用多种类型及规格的材料、设备,并且其内部材料及零件也在不断更新,导致成本控制及造价管理难度较大。基于此,本文提出了几点机电安装工程的造价管理及成本控制对策。

Mechanical and electrical installation engineering needs to use a variety of types and specifications of materials and equipment,and its internal materials and parts are constantly updated,resulting in cost control and cost management is difficult.Based on this,this paper puts forward some cost management and cost control countermeasures of mechanical and electrical installation engineering.
