媒体使用率、信任程度与警民信任——以网民为对象的实证研究

Media Usage and Credibility and the Trust Between the Police and Public——An Empirical Study of Netizen

警民信任是公民对警察角色及其行为的认同感知,能否提高警民信任关系着公安机关的社会支持与配合,而涉警舆情是影响警民信任的最重要因素之一。根据对2200余份问卷调查研究发现,网民日常媒体使用频率及其对媒体的信任程度是影响警民信任的重要因素。其中:网民官方媒体使用频率及其对官方媒体的信任程度与警民信任存在显著的正相关关系;与以往的研究不同的是,非官方媒体信任程度和网民对警察的信任程度之间也有显著的正相关关系。据此,可以通过加强不同类型媒体的融合,重视非官方媒体话语权,完善公安机关网络舆情处突机制三个方面来提高警民信任。

The trust between the police and the public is the citizens'identification perception of the role and behavior of the police.Whether the trust between the police and the public can be improved is related to the social support and cooperation of the public security organization,and the public opinion on police is one of the most important factors affecting the trust between the police and the public.Based on the survey of more than 2200 questionnaires,it is found that the frequency of daily media usage and the degree of media trust are the important factors affecting the trust between the police and the public.Among them,there is a significant positive correlation between the frequency of using the official media and the degree of trust between the police and the public.Different from previous studies,there is also a significant positive correlation between the trust degree of unofficial media and the trust between the police and netizens.Therefore,the trust of the police and the public can be improved by strengthening the integration of different types of media,attaching importance to the discourse power of unofficial media,and improving the mechanism of public opinion outburst in the network of public security organization.
